NEUTROGENA

NEUTROGENA

HI!

I’m sure you’ve seen my posts on posts about my recent collaboration with Neutrogena’s Healthy Skin Liquid Foundation & Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfecter — and let me just say, wow! I am absolutely no makeup guru ~~major disclaimer I know, and will not be making a youtube tutorial page anytime soon, but I do know what I like and dislike, and what has worked and hasn’t!

I’ve been so happy to take part in this opportunity and growing my blog page through it but also seeing the healthy benefits Neutrogena not only provides with their skincare, but now their makeup line, too.

My skin is not a mess but-like-kind-of-a-mess. I’m 20 years old now and my skin will be mostly clear with a side of preteen kinda pimples, on top of my sometimes dry sometimes oily skin! Despite all of this, my skin is not my usual concern as I primarily always wear makeup to cover the little mishaps. BUT- I do wonder, what if the stuff I put over my skin is the reason nothing ever changes with my skin? With Neutrogena’s Makeup I feel good about covering my already sensitive skin with makeup that doubles as coverage and skincare. I feel confident in the makeup and even better that the makeup is made out of only the good stuff so I’m not gunking up my pores with anything horrible.

Some benefits of the makeup includes lightweight, non-greasy coverage with built in SPF 20. The Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfecter applicating brush is smooth with only letting out just enough concealer with a crank. It’s also clinically proven to de-puff the appearance of dark circles with built in SPF 25. The Eye Perfecter is my fav out of the two products, even though they go so well blended together. The Eye Perfecter honestly brightens up my face, love!

OUTFIT DEETS:

TARGET RUN — I wore a neon green-yellow slip dress I found on sale at a local boutique, with a cherry red, loose puff sleeve Charlotte Russe sweater I sized up on to wear as a dress with Steve Madden over the knee black socks and black Leona Dr. Martens. Liketoknow.it linked HERE to shop similar pieces!

THANKSGIVING — This set!!! This SheIn set caught my eye at the end of a rack in Plato’s Closet, a resell store. I paired it with my DIY suede charm hat -I bought charms at HobbyLobby and hand sewed them on this men’s EarthBound suede hat, and my brown floral Free People tights from a couple years ago. They do not still have the same set still online but I found a spaghetti strap tank version with the matching skirt linked on Liketoknow.it HERE.

LASTLY — Yeah, those are biker shorts! Finally hopped on the trend as soon as it’s 9/10 times freezing outside, but got to wear them right quick for this pic. These are black courdory biker shorts from Forever21 and I think they will be so cute with a bright oversized chunky sweater going to class or running errands. I put it with a Zara face printed tee and stringy cardigan from Forever21. Also, my boots! I love them! Boots of the season! Free People boots and fit linked HERE.
