SOME SUMMER FITS (‘22)
Hi hello happy almost September first, end of August, back to school, and start of fall! To celebrate, I am wrapping up all my fav outfits of this summer in one spot. I don’t post outfit posts nearly as much as @bloggie.maggie started as #fashionblogger, but we all know I love the outfits and I love a good colorful “bloggie pic”. Dumping all these outfit pics has me realizing almost none are work outfits, so I am going to start documenting the work fits a better way. But until then, here are some of my fav summer fits.
Eureka moment outfit! New rainbow staircase in downtown Eureka Springs was the perfect photo op, as always. With every Eureka trip I have to snag a pic on the old faded rainbow stairs, so I was so excited they painted a fresh one :). Skirt is zara, Lisa Says Gah fruit shirt to match my fruit bucket hat, and oldie Free People toe flip flops I wore majority of the summer. Long life flip flops.
Right at the beginning of the summer, my friend Peyton had me model her beautiful and fun creation for her. She is selling these beautiful dresses plus other fabulous creations. Had to include her in the dump.
Raided my mimi’s closet and found some pieces she wore and loved in the ‘70s. This dress was one. All of the pieces I was able to get are so unique and beautifully made, loved wearing this picnic little dress to Sacred Hollows Farm to pick wildflowers.
Lots o’stripes for a weekend at Lake Hamilton. Oldie high cut striped one piece from Forever 21, oldie Urban pants, and Anthro hat.
I absolutely LOVED my whoawaitwalmart dress moment and wore it so many different ways during this summer. Possibilities are endless with pink and red and crochet. Shop Here!

Ordered from Swimshe for some unique swimmies and made an ALV jewel inspired pearl stack that I wore allll summer. Also went nicely with my Dior dupe and the pool water.
Some formal fits, of course! Rewore my sorority formal dress for the last time before it found a new home. It is Nicole Miller’s My Happy Place dress. I wore AFRM’s maxi dress for our wedding date in Eureka this summer and it was sooo fun. Loved the lime green. Didn’t alter it so it was a little long/heavy dancing all night, but I loved it nonetheless.
Partnered with Maude a couple times this summer! A dream! I’ve shopped Maude since probably junior high. The fairy dress was an all time fav and perfect for a wedding date dress headed into fall and even better for a bday moment. Good oldie Zara spring 2021 tunic matching hat and flare pants for a backyard party of drinking cocktails and eating dinner at home :)
Some more formalish dresses for date nights. Blue and white is a skirt I found at TJ Maxx for $15, and just pulled it up to a dress, and then SheIn front bow bright red orange dress with my pink espadrilles.
These white linen Daily Drills shorts were a summer fav over and over. Dressed up or down or cover up or make shift set, loved them. Here’s a brown version they have still in stock.
