JULY'S FAVS
Wow July flew by!! This is my first every monthly favorites blog post! Here is a collection of different outfits, destinations, decor, and accessories that I found to be fun, special, and new this past July that I didn't shine light on already, or not enough! Enjoy!
THIS PHONE CASE! I had seen it at Urban Outfitters before but didn't purchase, but this last time I couldn't pass it up. It's a clear, hard-shell case for the iPhone 7 and an Urban Outfitters exclusive. The name "Buncha Flowers" fits the case to a t with the pressed bouquet encompassed in the case. So vibrant, detailed, and hippy + happy- I love!
Also featured in this dressing room mirror selfie are my white nails (I love white nail polish in the summer months, it adds a pop of clean to every look and never clashes with any other colors) & my purple and white striped tube top from Forever 21, featured in my Pastel Summer blog post.
I posted this outfit on Instagram already, but I just love the frilly-ruffly-girly look I had to add it to my favs, too! The gingham top is one of my favorite brands, Sugar + Lips. I found it at local Haley Boutique, but is accessible online here. Shorts are Gianni Bini from Dillards, I'm wearing XS (sadly, not avaliable online). Pompom earrings are from local RiffRaff, and can be shopped here!
Shopping at TJ Maxx of course has to be on my first ever list of favs! Here, me and my best gal- my mom are trying (& we bought) matching bell sleeved tops in different colors (me: yellow, seen in Insta pic, my mom: gingham. Both tops were $19.99 by the way!!) My outfit consisted of Gianni Bini studded shorts from Dillards and brand "Everly" navy top from Trinkets.
Two new room accessories from this month is the cactus candle and the face pencil holder/planter. The cactus candle smells soooo good being from the Blue Capri brand and has burned so well. I love how when my candle will one day sadly run out, I can continue to use the container as decor. The Target pencil holder/planter was meant to be, because I have been on the lookout for a painted face container ever since I found one and mistakingly didn't purchase. I have yet to use it for either holding pencils or plants, so for now it sits pretty on my dresser, empty.
This outfit is one of my favs from the past month due to the colors on colors! I've found a lot of colorful style inspo from various bloggers and this was my first (official) take on the look. My outfit includes-- sunnies featured in my JEWELRY BEAN / ILY MIX blogpost {coming sooooooon!}, tube top on sale at Dillard's (!!), Topshop high waisted pink shorts, platforms, and a fake Fendi-look alike clutch from good ol' TJ Maxx.
& lastly, Eureka Springs, AR was such a fun day trip with my friends!! So colorful and rich with history, with tons of food stops & picturesque places, Eureka was a lovely end to July.
